This Law establishes rates and preferential terms of payment of the charges for the use of water facilities depending on category of the payers. The document consists of 4 Articles. Article 1 determines rates of charges for the use of water facilities. Article 2 establishes preferential terms of payment. Article 3 lists legislative acts repealed by the present Law. Article 4 determines the modalities of enactment of the present Law.
