This Regional Law establishes competence and delimits plenary powers and jurisdictional competence between state bodies in the sphere of performance of environmental audit and enforcement of environmental legislation related to environmental audit. State environmental audit of regional sites shall be performed in accordance with the modalities set forth by the Regional Administration and in compliance with the federal environmental legislation.
