The present Regional Law establishes rights and duties of the participants of relations in the sphere of catch (harvest), processing and protection of aquatic biodiversity in the regional inland water basins. Chapt. 1 (arts. 1-5) lays down general provisions. Chapt. 2 (Arts. 6-11) establishes plenary powers of state executive bodies and local self-government.
