This Regional Legislative Decree approves the Regulation for Observation of Marine Vertebrates within the Autonomous Region of Madeira. The Regulation, consisting of 3 Chapters and 2 Annexes establishes specific requirements to be satisfied in order to observe marine vertebrates, in particular for: marine mammals, marine turtles and pelagic marine birds, within the inland waters in territorial sea and the Exclusive Economic Sub-zone of Madeira.
