This Legislative Decree, composed of three articles, regulates the classification of infrastructure, property and tools necessary for setting up an integrated set of infrastructure for transfer, selection, valorization and treatment of solid waste in Madeira Autonomous Region. In particular, the Legislative Decree rules on the registry and related registration procedures.
