This Regional Legislative Decree creates the recreational forest protected area of 'Água Retorta' within the island of 'São Miguel'. It consists of 4 articles and 1 annex establishing the geographical limits of the aforesaid protected area, whose main objective is to manage this forestry area for recreational purposes.
