Regional Regulation Decree No. 13/2000/A, approving the organics of the Regional Agriculture and Fishing Department(SRAPA)

This Regulation approves the organics of the Regional Agriculture and Fishing Department(SRAPA). This regulation amends the organic structure of the previous department (Agriculture,Fishing and Environment) also known as SRAPA, the amendment removes from this department its competency in environment policies, thus maintaining its competencies in the Autonomous Region of the Açores only those regarding regional agriculture and fishing affairs.
