Regional Regulation No. 13 setting up the Regional Register of Forest Enterprises

Pursuant to article 16 of Regional Act No. 6 of 2000 on forestry, it is hereby established the Regional Register of Forest Enterprises. All enterprises engaged in the utilization, transformation and marketing of timber, and meeting the requirements specified in article 2 may obtain the registration.
