The present Regulation makes provision with respect to navigation in the waters of Lake Viverone, with a view to guaranteeing safety in navigation and bathing and protecting the lake ecosystem. Article 2 prohibits navigation with certain vessels and prohibits as well the gathering of aquatic flora. Articles 4-7 regard sport and other recreational water uses; article 8 regulates bathing.
