This Regulation lays down detailed provisions to implement Regional Act No. 1 of 2006 concerning the establishment of rural districts. These provisions regulate the procedure for setting up rural districts and set forth criteria for drawing up related plans. Furthermore, they regulate the granting of subsidies and financial support.
