The Regulation regulates the issue of the authorization required to purchase “noxious”, “toxic” and “very toxic” phytosanitary products by the competent regional service, pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 290 of 2001 (which has repealed and replaced Presidential Decree No. 1255 of 1968). The Regulation specifies the requirements (including attendance of a training course and a final examination) to be met in order to obtain the authorization.
