The Regional Regulation lays down the modalities for the establishment and management of private centres intended for wild fauna reproduction (pheasants, partridges, hares, deers, roe deers, follow deers, mouflons, wild boars). A concession issued by the regional authority is compulsory for the settlement of such private centres. Hunting is absolutely prohibited in private wild fauna reproduction centres. Marketing of wild fauna species is allowed only for repopulation purposes (art. 1, par. 3).
