This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down some amendments to the Regulation on authorization of associations of breeders or other entities to tasks concerning evaluation of utilitarian or breeding value of animals. In particular, the present Regulation amends the list of institutions authorized to evaluation of utilitarian value of animals, specified in art. 2 of the amended Regulation.
