This Regulation lays down the conditions which must be fulfilled by the Paying Agency for Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development in order to obtain accreditation for the use of the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, the process of assigning accreditation supervision, the accreditation criteria and withdrawal of accreditations.
