This Regulation prescribes the contents of the Action plan aimed to eradicate and control (phytosanitary measures) the red palm weevil-Rhynchophorus ferrugineus (Oliver) on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro (which presence was confirmed also on 1 November 2013).
