This Regulation prescribes all additional requirements that must be met when entering potato tubers originating from Egypt on the territory of the Croatian Republic, and also sets the official implementation of the measures provided by the Commission Implementing Decision 2011/787/EU of 29 November 2011by which the Member States are aimed to temporarily take the emergency measures to prevent the spread of Ralstonia solanacearum (Smith) Yabuuchi et. al. compared to Egypt (OJ L 319, 2.12.2011).
