This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of five articles and three Annexes, lays down additional standard phrases and the criteria for their use in the labeling of plant protection products which contain active substances from the list of active substances that are approved for marketing and use within the European Union, and verifying the authorization of plant protection products containing such active substances.
