This Regulation sets out the contents of registers for producers of agricultural seed and planting material producers. Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry shall authorize and keep separate registers on: a) producers of seed, seedling, eatable fungi mycelia and curative fungi, b) laboratories that are authorized for the quality control of the agricultural seed, c) importers of agricultural seed, planting material and seedling, d) producers of the planting material.
