This Regulation introduces “Joint Fishery Area” as a new technical term defining the area where more than one fishery facility operates. The Provincial Directorate of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs is authorized to identify such areas. The main criterion, especially for inland waters, is the quality of water.
