This Regulation amends the Aquaculture Regulation No. 25507 by making changes in Article 5 concerning the efficient use of inland waters, Article 9 on rules and procedures of certificates and permissions that aquaculture facilities has to have. The regulation further adds a new clause under Article 11, makes changes on the additional clauses under Article 12, adds a new article after Article 16 and repeals Annex 8.
