This Regulation amends the Harbour Regulation. It makes a minor change by adding the below sentence after paragraph 11 of Article 14. ‘Pilotage and towage services in Bosphorus and Dardanelles are given by the Directorate General of Coastal Safety on behalf of the Ministry of Transport Maritime Affairs and Communications’.
