This Regulation amends the Harbours Regulation by making several minor changes in different articles and by repealing some paragraphs or adding some new clauses. Some of the amended articles are: Article. 4 concerning definitions, Article. 8 on general principles, Article. 10 on the rules of berthing and mooring of marine vessels, Article. 11 on clearances. This regulation further makes minor amendments in articles 13 and 14 concerning rules on pilotage, tugging, Article. 18 on the obligation to
