Regulation amending the Harbours Regulation.

This Regulation amends the Harbours Regulation. The amended Article 31 provides for terms of use of safety and communication devices required to present in ships. The amended Article 39 sets forth provisions regarding administrative fines. The Regulation further makes minor changes in Annex 1 of the original Regulation.
