This Regulation amends various provisions (articles and rules contained in the Annex) provided by the Regulation on the classification and treatment of by-products of animal origin, veterinary and sanitary requirements for the construction of facilities for the collection, processing and disposal of animal by-products, the manner of implementation of official control and self-control, as well as conditions for animal cemeteries (Official Gazette 31/2011).
