This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down some amendments to the Regulation concerning detailed method of application of fertilizers, and training on their application. In particular, the present Regulation amends provisions concerning application of fertilizers on arable land, originally specified in art. 3 of the amended Regulation.
