This Regulation amends some issues part of the provisions stipulated by the Regulation on handling of the hazardous substances, terms and conditions for the maritime transport, loading and unloading of dangerous goods, bulk and other cargo in the ports, and how to prevent the spread of oil in ports (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 51/2005, 127/2010 and 34/2013).
