This Regulation makes minor changes in articles 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 18. Provisional Clause 2 has been added to the Regulation. This Regulation sets forth the detection of areas under risk, according to the procedures stated in the Provisional Clause 2.
