This Regulation amends the Regulation on licensed cotton warehousesby makes changes in Clause (d) of Article. 1 concerning indoor storage capacity, the first paragraph of Article. 11 on the obligatory amount of capital for the establishment a warehouse, the fourth paragraph of Article. 19 on deposits and Article 32.
