This Regulation amends Article. 5 on commissions and technical teams determining and allocating pasture lands and Article. 6 on cattle units of the Regulation on pastures. The Regulation also repeals two clauses of Article. 8 and adds two new clauses. The Regulation further amends Article. 11 concerning the establishment, working procedures and principles of pasture management units and Article. 13 concerning the principles and procedures of the utilization of pasture lands by nomads.
