Regulation amending the Regulation on port state control.

This Regulation amends Article 6 regarding the duties of the inspectors, article 8 regarding area of responsibility of inspectors, Article 15 regarding inspection procedures, Article 21 regarding detention after examination of certificates and documents and the Provisional Clause 1 regarding detention procedures in compliance with the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea.
