This Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour lays down conditions for the production, marketing and use of dangerous substances and preparations and products containing such substances and preparations. The Regulation sets out the list of testing methods used for specific types of dangerous substances. The Annex contains the amended list of carcinogenic substances which may not be placed on the market.
