This Regulation of the Minister of Economy, which is composed of three paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the index of substances carcinogenic, mutagenic and harmful to reproduction prohibited for marketing available for consumers. The index contains index numbers, names of substances, European Community numbers and CAS numbers.
