This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of four articles, lays down the new general, organizational, professional, technical and spatial conditions which must be met by the body certifying the seeds and propagating material of agricultural plants (amended art. 3) and the procedure of proving these conditions by the certifying body (amended art. 4).
