This Regulation amends Article 3 regarding the implementation of Articles 2, 8 and 33 of the Decree Law No. 644 on the establishment and functions of the Ministry of Environment and Urban Planning, Article 4 in the “definitions” section and the Provisional Clause 1 regarding adaptation to provisions of the Regulation until 31 December 2014.
