This Regulation prescribes all necessary veterinary-sanitary conditions and standards for the correct, healthy and safe transport and keeping of animals, also in terms of construction or reconstruction of the facilities dealing with animals or and/or similar) all in order to assure a high level of sanitary control and safety when dealing and/or trading with live animals or animals intended for future food production.
