This Regulation prescribes the methods for calculation and payment of fees for water protection, also defining the accounting periods, temporary and final calculation, collection of fees by direct money order, payment deadlines, rules regarding the register of fees, delivery of data from the register and the manner of exercising the right to a refund of overpaid benefit/fee.
