Authorization for export of horticultural products and derivates thereof shall be issued by local authority no longer than a day before transportation in the presence of the following documentation: (a) customs declaration; (b) membership certificate of the Association of peasant households and farming enterprises; (c) contract (agreement); and (d) phytosanitary certificate.
