This Regulation decides that with its entry into force, the provisions stipulated by the Regulation on the conditions under which derogations from certain phytosanitary requirements are authorized when introducing wood of Thuja L. originating in the United States of America (Official Gazette 77/2009) will be no longer applied on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
