This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of seven paragraphs, establishes detail method of application of fertilizers, and organizational units entitled to provide training on application of fertilizers. Fertilizers should be applied evenly on the whole surface of the field so that there are excluded fields and cultivations not intended for this.
