The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of six Paragraphs, establishes details on method of application of fertilizers, which shall not cause danger to human and animal health, and to the environment. Further, it establishes organizational units entitled to provide training on application of fertilizers.
