This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 18 articles, lays down provisions concerning concession for breading cyprinid fish species in ponds. Such concession can be granted to legal or physical persons who have applied for it. Conditions of acquisition and implementation of concessions are specified in Sec. 2. Sec. 4 establishes concession fee. Monitoring of the implementation of this Regulation shall be conducted by inspectors responsible for water.
