This Regulation sets the necessary conditions and methods for obtaining and verifying the education or knowledge (that is carried out by institutions/legal entities authorized by the Ministry of Health) on the protection against hazardous chemicals for workers before the commencement of work or activity with hazardous chemicals, and further defines the terms of additional of programmed future education.
