This Regulation prescribes a complete set of rules and requirements governing the procedures for obtaining the use of water and public water resources on the territory of the Croatian Republic, defines public water resources which does not require any concession or special permit, determines the time for which the concession is granted and the basis for determining the amount of compensation for obtained concessions, and prescribes the manner of conducting the procedure for granting concessions
