This Regulation establishes the conditions and offers several technical rules as regards the discharge of wastewater or effluent wastes (also if deriving from purification plants, including specific limit values of harmful and hazardous substances which may be discharged) into surface waters present on the territory of the Republic of Srpska, part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
