This Regulation prescribes all necessary rules and requirements (administrative, technical and market) for companies or other legal entities and entrepreneurs engaged (on the territory of Montenegro) in the production, processing, importation, storage and distribution of plants, plant products and other related articles (all issues to be registered into the Register of producers, processors, importers, distributors and storekeepers of plants, plant products and other related articles.
