This Regulation defines the conditions (administrative and concrete technical issues) under which a manufacturer and/or retailer may transfer its personal responsibility for waste management to the official system waste collection operator present and/or operating on the territory of the Brcko District (part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
