This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and the Environment, which is composed of nine articles, lays down requirements for transport, storage and dealing with forest timber assortments, timber and timber products, which are seized or confiscated by forestry inspectors or customs authorities. Furthermore, art. 7 provides details on a public auction of timber assortments.
