This Regulation provides for the content and scope of risk assessment for placing on the market of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) or products which contain and/or consist of or derive from GMOs, methodology for the preparation of risk assessment, as well as requirements that have to be fulfilled by a legal person for the preparation of risk assessment.
