This Regulation provides for the: content and form of major certificates of equivalence for forest reproductive material, obtained from certain types of basic material; content and form of the official application including all administrative forms and related to the production of forest reproductive material on the Croatian territory; cost of issuance of the master certificate; correct way of keeping records of issued certificates.
