The purposes of this Regulation are: to control the production and transportation of hazardous wastes; to minimize their production and in cases where the production is inevitable to provide disposal at the point nearest to the place of manufacture; and to provide an environmentally compatible waste management system and to establish environmentally compatible waste disposal plants. The Regulation further defines the required technical and administrative standards for the management of hazardous
